Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of eCommerce, logistics, and brand growth while driving meaningful change? Wonderpack.eco, a leader in thoughtful fulfilment, is seeking a high-energy, curious, and collaborative Partnership Executive to join our Commercial team!

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our vibrant ECOHub in Shoreham by the Sea , where you’ll get hands-on experience and direct mentorship from our CEO and Founder.

What You’ll Be Doing: Your Mission

You will play a key, hands-on role in expanding our community of thoughtful fulfilment partners. If you enjoy connecting with people and turning opportunities into long-term relationships, this is for you!

  • Creative Growth & Outreach: Be the first impression of our brand! You will research target brands and execute creative outreach using personalized emails, phone calls, and even video messages.
  • Pipeline Perfection: Ensure the sales pipeline runs flawlessly. You’ll manage initial lead qualification , assist with proposal preparation, and ensure real-time data accuracy in our CRM.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the CEO and Founder, and the wider team, you will contribute valuable market insights ensuring a smooth, professional handover of new accounts to our Client Success and Operations teams.

Are you what we are looking for?

  • You have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the confidence to be on camera and phone.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • You are curious about eCommerce, fulfilment, and brands.
  • You are an effective problem-solver and can manage escalations.

Bonus points if you have experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Commercial, or Marketing within a 3PL, eCommerce, or logistics environment; a familiarity with outbound prospecting and lead generation; and proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
