Pathways Into Wonderpack

Not everyone starts in the same way and that’s something we celebrate. We work closely with a small number of trusted agency partners who help us find great people to support our fulfilment operations during busy periods.

For many, agency work is the start of a longer journey with us. Several of our warehouse and team leaders began on temporary contracts and built their way up through training, mentoring and our leadership development programmes.

We treat everyone agency or permanent with the same fairness, respect and commitment to safety, learning and wellbeing.
